As the promise of the Information Age has begun to unfold. New information technologies are fostering American ingenuity. Advanced information services are allowing American Businesses to be more competitive. Increased access to information is improving American's quality of life. With this belief, the Clinton Administration has made the creation and development of a National Information Infrastructure a top priority.
