DESCRIPTION
 

In this menu, we will enter the local value of the velocity field or the force.

We can switch to a normal/tangential mode instead of a cartesian one.

We can also combine velocity and force components.

	Allows the user to switch to the cartesian mode (Vx, Vy, Vz) or to the normal/tangential mode (Vn,Vs)
