1	Modify the tolerance factor
	Sets the tolerance parameter of the Chaco algorithm used for numbering optimisation  (eigenvalue calculation).
2	Modify the weight on elements
	Allows to increase or decrease the importance of variables located inside calculation sub-parts with respect to variables located at the interface of calculation sub-parts
3	Modify the weight on Schur variables
	Allows to increase or decrease the importance of variables located at the interface of calculation sub-parts with respect to variables located inside calculation sub-parts.  The default set-up leads the algorithm to reduces the length of the interfaces as much as possible.
