Numerical integration
Ver: 0   DESCRIPTION Some numerical parameters used for integral viscoelastic models can be modified in this menu. These parameters affect the integration method and the tracking.   OPTIONS
-1
Upper level menu
1'
Switch to Laguerre integration rule
This option should be selected if the user wants to use the Laguerre rule for integrating the strain history.
This is the default.
1"
Switch to Gauss integration rule
This option should be selected if the user wants to use the Gauss rule for integrating the strain history.
This rule consumes more CPU time than the Laguerre rule.
2
Modif. of the number of integration points
With this option, the user can select the number of points that will be used in order to perform the integration.
Default :    10 for Laguerre integration
                    2 for Gauss integration
3
Modif. of tolerance for tracking
If, during the tracking, the distance between the position of a point and the edge of an element is lower than this value, the algorithm considers that this point is on the boundary.
This tolerance is independent of the mesh dimensions.
Default : 1.0E-09
4
Modif. of the magnitude of the velocity
The user should specify an order of magnitude for the velocity in the current flow problem.
This is extremely important.
Default : 1.0E+00
5
Modif. of tolerance for stagnation points
Options 4 and 5 must be considered together. If the velocity at a point is lower than the magnitude of the velocity times the present tolerance, the tracking algorithm considers this point as a stagnation point.
Default : 1.0E-06
