Maxwell model
DESCRIPTION
For a Maxwell model, the extra-stress tensor T obeys the following constitutive equation :T + trelax * Tup = 2 * visc * D
where D is the symmetric part of the velocity gradient tensor, trelax is the relaxation time, visc is the shear viscosity,
and the subscript "up" denotes the upper-convected derivative operator.By default, visc = 1 and trelax = 1.
Selecting an option allows the user to modify the corresponding material parameter.

The user should be aware of the system of units, if dimensional values are used.
