Heat convection

DESCRIPTION

For gas flow problems, the Eulerian heat convection term can either be neglected or taken into account in the energy equation.

By heat convection, we mean the term

r0 * cp * v * grad T,

where     r0 is the density of gas
                                cp is the heat capacity
v is the vector of velocity of gas flow
                                grad is the gradient operator
                                T is the temperature.

By default, heat convection item is neglected.

The menu recalls the current status for heat convection, and allows the user to change it.

NOTES Heat convection introduces a coupling between momentum and energy equations.

Such a non-linearity can lead to the loss of convergence of the iterative technique at high Peclet numbers; an evolution scheme may be necessary.
