Friction force - temperature dependance
Ver: 0

DESCRIPTION

Research in rheology has shown that,  as well as the viscosity law  depends upon the Temperature,  the friction law might also depend upon the Temperature through the dependency of its slip coefficient.  This menu allows you to define this dependency.

Two forms are proposed for this dependency:  The Arrhenius law,  and the approximate Arrhenius law.

OPTIONS

 -1
Upper level menu
1
Modify Alpha
Modifies the energy of activation of the Arrhenius law.
2
Modify Ta
Modifies the scaling temperature of the Arrhenius law, i.e. the temperature at which H(T)=1.
2
Mofify T0
Constant to add to the Temperature to convert to an absolute scale.  Only for Arrhenius.
