Flux density imposed (Mass)
DESCRIPTION
Depending on the problem defined by the user, two types of flux density may be requested.OPTIONS
1 For all problems in which temperature is a variable, imposes the heat flux as a function of the temperature (which remains a variable). For such a boundary condition, please refer to 'Flux density imposed (Temperature)'.
2 For mass transfer problems, the following first order reaction is implemented.
q(x) = Ksurf * c * x
where q(x) is the normal projection of molar flux of reactant, c is the molar concentration of reactant, x is the mole fraction of reactant and Ksurf is a parameter defined in subsequent menu:
Ksurf = proba * ( Rg * T / 2 * pi * Mi ) ** 0.5
in which proba is the reaction probability, Rg is gas constant, T is temperature, pi = 3.1415926
Mi is molecular weight of reactant.
