Piecewise steady flow |
| This option means that there will not be any interpolation between the different velocity fields. Each velocity field will be used as it is for the specified time step. | |
|
2
|
Continuous transient flow |
| This option means that polyflow will perform an interpolation to calculate the velocity profile at a given time. | |
|
3
|
Automatic selection of result files |
| This option means that, given the time step (constant), the prefix and format of the Polyflow result files, the index of the first result file i and the number of result files n , polyflow will automatically load a series of files named ,prefix.i, ... prefix.n, prefix.1,...prefix.i-1 in a continuous loop as long as the maximum lifetime is not reached. | |
| 4 | Manual selection of result files |
| Switches to manual selection of result files. | |
| 5 | Modify the time step |
| Allows to specify the time step between two successive result files | |
| 6 | Modify the prefix of the result files |
| Allows to specify the prefix on which filenames will be built | |
| 7 | Modify the number of result files |
| Allows to specify the number n of different result files | |
| 8 | Modify the first result file id |
| Allows to specify the index i of the first result file to be loaded | |
| 9 | Modify the format of results files |
| Allows to choose between formatted and unformatted result files | |
