Define species

Ver: 0

DESCRIPTION

This menu allows the user to define species variables for use with chemical reactions and transport equations. Species variables are defined based on unique full name ('name') and short name ('nickname') identifiers.   OPTIONS

-2
Delete a species
Allows to delete a species. Deletion is permitted if the species in question is not involved in a chemical reaction and/or in a transport equation. To delete such species, chemical reaction and/or transport equation must be deleted first.

Create a new species
Creation of a new chemical species. The program prompts the user for both a full name and a short name. Name identifiers are any sequence of characters that meet the following criteria : the first character is a letter; the remaining, optional characters are any of the following : a letter, a digit, the underscore symbol (_) or the dollar sign ($). Character spacing in species labels is not accounted for. Names are limited to 16 characters; nicknames are up to 4 characters long. Any new species takes place at the bottom of the species list. A maximum of 6 species is currently permitted. Once created, a species can be modified in various ways as described in option i.

Modification of species parameters : name, nickname and mole mass. The (positive) value of the mole mass is defaulted to 1.d0. No evolution on the mole mass is permitted.
