Damping function

DESCRIPTION

Allows the user to select the damping function model and its parameters.

This menu is not avalaible if the user has chosen a Doi - Edwards model in the 'Integral viscoelastic model' menu.

Default : Lodge - Maxwell model.

If another model has been chosen, the user MUST define the both parameters alfa and beta.

For Papanastasiou-Scriven model only.
By default, this value is 1. 
However, due to the large possible range of this value, the default value may be unrealistic for many problems.

For Wagner model only. 
By default, this value is 1.

By default, this value is 1. 
However, due to the large possible range of this value, the default value may be unrealistic for many problems.
NOTES
