DESCRIPTION

When defining a chemically reacting system,  the model can either be open or closed.  When it is open (the default),  each species is assigned an Advection/Diffusion equation.  Possibly,  chemical reactions then act as sources/sinks of species on the right hand side of those equations.

When the system is specified as "closed" (i.e. when one closure equ. exists),  the A-D equation of one of the species (that the user must designate in this menu) will be replaced by the constraint that the concentration of all species is equal to 1.

This menu is available in the sub-task creation.  It allows the user to designate the species for which the concentration needs to be calculated as (1 - the sum of all the other concentrations).  If possible,  choose the species with the largest concentration.
