Bubbling

Ver: 1

DESCRIPTION

In a glass furnace simulation, we must take bubblers into account. A bubbler is an injection of air at the bottom of the furnace. This creates bubbles that go up to the surface of the molten glass bath. It results an upward movement modifying the global flow configuration. It is a common practice to use such bubblers to divide convection cells.

The support of a column of bubbles is a pmesh : a 1-D entity in a 2-D mesh, a 1-D or a 2-D entity in a 3-D mesh.
