Average temperature
                                                   Ver : 0

DESCRIPTION

Allows the user to specify an average temperature

Tinit, i.e., an initial value for the temperature field for non-isothermal flow, heat conduction problems and gas flow problems.

This parameter has no effect if an initial solution is read.

This value may affect the convergence in particular when an Arrhenius law is being used; the average value should be close to the temperature level expected in the solution.

By default, Tinit = 300.

EXAMPLES

Typical values for Tinit can be :
- an inlet temperature,
- a wall temperature,
- a reference temperature for the viscosity,
- a reference temperature for the thermal expansion,
- a reference temperature for the heat capacity,
- a reference temperature for the heat conductivity.
