Safety and Standardization Group |
| The standardization of TCM products and botanicals has been a challenging issue for both scientists and regulatory bodies. In addition to the state-of-the-art analytical testing facilities at HKUST, BRI is developing novel methods for TCM standardization to enhance the acceptance and commercial profitability of TCM. A library of regulatory documents and literature as well as a database of scientific information on traditional medicinal ingredients are also available. |
