	Professor Yung Hou Wong steers the research strategy and oversees the operations of the Institute.
	Associate Director
	Professor Zhenguo Wu assists the Director in the implementation of policy and the management of BRI.

 
 

Management/Advisory Committees
	Management Committee
	Comprised of the Vice-President for Research and Development, the Dean of Science and the Director of BRI, the Management Committee oversees the long term directions and policy of the Institute.
	International Advisory Committee (IAC)
	The IAC's role is to provide BRI with links to the international scientific community in both academia and industry. The IAC advises BRI on the long term directions of its research programs and reviews its progress and overall strategies. Current members:

	Working Group
	The Working Group is comprised of HKUST faculty from the School of Science. It participates in the Institute's wide array of activities, and lends support and recommendations to the Director.
