A Breath of Fresh Air Professor Po Lock Yue Head, Department of Chemical Engineering, HKUST
Don't assume that your office is a "sanctuary". Indoor air quality can be as worrisome as a high Air Pollution Index. Professor Po Lock YUE has developed a novel nano-structure based catalyst to decontaminate indoor air. A proposed practical system for the provision of fresh air in workplaces will be described. Professor Yue's presentation in slides (PowerPoint file, 12.8M)	Professor PO Lock YUE heads the Department of Chemical Engineering at HKUST -- the only chemical engineering department in Hong Kong. He obtained his PhD from McGill University, and taught in the University of Bath for 20 years. He is an expert in waste minimization and resource recovery, and has been consulted widely by industrial corporations and government agencies, both local and international. Professor Yue holds two patents, and has published more than 130 research papers.
