The Academic Affairs Branch, the heartland of academic activities, is responsible for the University’s core mission in advancing learning and knowledge through teaching and research. The Office of the Provost is the head office overseeing the Academic Affairs Branch. It supervises schools, academic divisions/departments, academic support units and their personnel in the delivery of teaching, academic research and service to the community. It is also responsible for the planning and co-ordination of academic programs at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
