Improved working environment in Computer Barn

Starting from 2000/01 academic year, Windows 2000 Professional will be available in the following area:

• Computer Barn A General Area (Rms 4403-4404)
• Computer Barn C (Rms 4578-4580)
• Tang Shiu Kin Computational Laboratory (Computer Barn B, Rm 1101)

Most of the common software such as web browser, popular plug-ins and Microsoft Office 2000 are installed. The new Windows 2000 PCs will give better performance and stability over older Windows PCs.
