How to export digital certificate from Communicator to Internet Explorer

Export digital certificate with Communicator

1. In Communicator, select Communicator | Security Info.
2. Click Yours in Certificates section
3. Select the certificate you want to export
4. Scroll to the right of the window and click Export


5. Enter your password or pin for Communicator Certificate DB when prompted
6. Enter the password (twice) to protect the data being export
7. Enter the filename and save it (e.g. on a floppy diskette)

Import digital certificate with Internet Explorer

1. In Internet Explorer, select  Internet Option... under the Tools menu
2. Select the Content tab and click the Certificates... button
3. Click the Import... button
4. Follow the Certificate Manager Import Wizard and enter the password to access the file when prompted
