Export digital certificate with Internet Explorer

1. In Internet Explorer, select  Internet Option... under the Tools menu
2. Select the Content tab and click the Certificates... button
3. Select the certificate that you want to export
4. Click the Export... button
5. Follow the Certificate Manager Import Wizard and enter the password to encrypt the private key when prompted
6. Enter the file name you want to export

Import digital certificate with Internet Explorer

1. In Internet Explorer, select  Internet Option... under the Tools menu
2. Select the Content tab and click the Certificates... button
3. Click the Import... button
4. Follow the Certificate Manager Import Wizard
   1. Enter the password to access the file when prompted
   2. Check both the Enable strong private key protection and Mark the private key as exportable options
5. Upon finished the Import Wizard, you will be prompt for the Security level of the Private Key Container, it is highly recommended to Set Security Level to HIGH
   1. Choose Create a new password for this item
   2. Enter Password for (example: Tom) and set your Password
   3. Enter the Password that you have just assigned
   4. Please note that the Remember password option is NOT recommended
