Students seeking for further assistance can approach our Student Helpdesk
in the three ITSC Computer Barns. Our Student Consultants, who stay
in the help desk on a regular basis, will help our barn users, resnet users
and dial up service users in answering some frequently asked questions.
Please check the Student Consultants available times on noticeboards in
the Barns.

Understandingly, some students may not daily come to the campus, hence would
have difficulties in seeking assistance on site from our Student Consultants.
