Student Consultants' Duties include :

•      Man the helpdesk and provide consultation to students in barns
•      Maintain the printing service and ensure the print queue are all okay
•      Check all PCs for any software or hardware failure. If found, fix or escalate accordingly
•      Check for the seats reserved by student belongings
•      Walk around the barn and see any users require assistance
•      Ensure no food and drink in the computer Barns
•      Remind noisy students to remain quiet
•      Report the adhoc events to ITSC
•      check consumable and record usage statistics
