What is an Express Station?
The Express Stations are World Wide Web terminals for students, staff and visitors to gain quick and convenient access to campus network and limited Internet access.
Where are the Express Stations located ?
Express Stations are installed around the hot area in campus, such as Academic Concourse, Canteens, Student Halls, etc. Click here for a full listing on the locations of Express Stations.
What can I do on the Express Station ?
Followings are the major functionalities provided by the Express Station :
World Wide Web - users can browse world wide web information.
Campus Email - users can access central email accounts via the webmail service.
Manage HKUST card - users can access and manage their HKUST staff/students smartcard here.
Change Password - users can change their ITSC account password here.
Enquiry for Student A/C - new students can check their account names and creation status.
What should I do if I have problems with Express Stations?
Try to use power switch button on the Express Station to restart the Express Station. If that still does not help, please report the problem via email to CCHELP with the problem description.
