Application of the HKUST Lifelong Email Forwarding Address

Current Students can apply for a HKUST Lifelong Email Forwarding Address using their ITSC Network Account while Alumni of HKUST can apply for the forwarding address using their Alum-e-Nation account.

If you are neither current students nor Alumni of HKUST but have ever completed courses in HKUST, you can also apply for a HKUST Lifelong Email Forwarding Address by filling in the "Application for HKUST Lifelong Email Forwarding Address" form.

Fill in your application and FAX your application form together with the supporting document (copy of your Hong Kong ID / Passport) to our Fax No:2358 0967 or mail them to:

After verified your submitted information with our Admissions, Registration & Records Office, your HKUST Lifelong Email Forwarding Address will be created and you shall receive our email notification.
