Manage your Forwarding Address settings

After logged in using your HKUST Lifelong Email Forwarding Address, you can update settings like Destination Email Address and / or change your Lifelong Address Password:

Forgot Password

In case you forgot your Lifelong Address Password, please click on the link below and submit a password reset request. An email with the subject title "Password Reset of your HKUST Lifelong Email Forwarding Address" will be sent to your forwarding address. Please follow the instructions on the email to reset your Lifelong Address Password:

Note: In case the destination email address of your forwarding address is no longer valid, please fill in the Application for Resetting Password of Lifelong Email Forwarding Address and FAX your application form together with the supporting document (copy of your Hong Kong ID / Passport) to our Fax No: 2358 0967 or mail them to:
