Problem in reading your Emails?
Problem
If you encounter similar problems as follows in accessing your emails,
please try to follow the steps below to check and configure your email
clients to solve the problem.
- Your emails in the INBOX cannot be found, but only have a warning
message telling you that you have connected to the wrong email
server.
- You have typed a correct password, but still cannot logon to the
Email server.
- Not sure how to configure your email clients to access ITSC
Email Server.
Step 1
Please type in your ITSC Network Account (e.g. cctest) to check
your appropriate set of Email Configuration.
Step 2
Please check your email clients and make sure it has been configured
to follow the email server settings provided in Step 1. If you are not
sure how to configure your email clients, please refer to the following
web page for details:

Note: If you have already set the appropriate configurations but still cannot
access your emails, please report the problem to
ITSC Email Support Team.
