Problem in reading your Emails?

If you encounter similar problems as follows in accessing your emails, please try to follow the steps below to check and configure your email clients to solve the problem.

Please type in your ITSC Network Account (e.g. cctest) to check your appropriate set of Email Configuration.

Please check your email clients and make sure it has been configured to follow the email server settings provided in Step 1. If you are not sure how to configure your email clients, please refer to the following web page for details:
