2. BOOKING HOURS:
 

Mon - Fri :	9:00 am - 10:30 pm
Saturday :	9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Sundays and Public Holidays :	Closed

 

3. BOOKING PROCEDURES:

    i. Check with ITSC general office the availability of required Computer Barn Teaching Area
    over phone ( Ext. 6185/6189)

    ii. Submit the Computer Barn Booking Form , it can be obtained from departmental offices and
    ITSC General Office ( Rm. 2021, 2/F., Lift No. 2 , Fax No.: 2358-0967)

    iii. ITSC will complete the last section of the Form, and return a copy to the user for confirmation.

    iv. Student society who wants to have a booking, must have an endorsement from SAO.

4. NOTES:

    a)    Requests should be made at least ONE WEEK in advance and each booking form is
           for FOUR Hours booking only. Any cancellation of booking should be made known to ITSC
           general office immedidately.

    b)    Users are requested to take AV Cabinet Key from ITSC Service Desk ( Rm 2021,
            2/F., Lift 2,  Ext. 6815) if they need to use the DVD, VCR, Mixer and Wireless
            Microphone facilites. Please return it to ITSC Service Desk after use.

    c)    To ensure the required software is available during the booking period, please list the
            required software and version ( e.g. Office2010 ).

    d)    To ensure any special setup or equipments are available, please provide at least 2 weeks
            advance notice for any special setup.

    e)    When using the facilities in Computer Barns, please be aware that in order not to violate
            the Intellectual Property Ordinance, you should
                    -   not use material that you know or have reason to believe that they are infringing
                        copyright works; and
                    -   get proper right or authorization from the copyright owner before you use any
                        copyright material.
