- I have copied some files into the pre-installed computer in classrooms. However, these files disappeared later when I visit the same classroom again. Why?
ITSC is committed to maintain the classroom computers in a reliable, stable state for presentation. This include ensuring they have sufficient working disk space, etc. Hence, these computers will normally be clean-up daily by robotic programs. In addition, as the classroom computers are public computers, they can be use by any teaching colleagues. It would be un-wise to assume the disk content to be un-altered by other users. Instead, one can always use the CD-ROM drive, ZIP drive or Internet for bringing in presentation materials.
- I cannot can't connect to the Internet with my notebook!
Please check your cable connection to ensure they are plug properly in the right socket.

- I find that I can't let the projector work immediately after I have turn it off.
As you have turn off the projector, so there will be a large possibility that the projector need to cold down and warm up again. This process will take around 10 mins after you have turn it on. So, after you have wait for this period of time, it will turn on again normally.
- I have plug the audio cable correctly and have set the volume control of the touch panel, but why I can't hear any sound?
Please ensure that you have turn on the VCR that you have plug the audio cable. Or may be you have not switch on the audio output of your computer.
