Privacy Policy Statement (PPS)

• We pledge to meet fully internationally recognised standards of personal data privacy protection, in complying with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. In doing so, we will ensure compliance by our staff with the strictest standards of security and confidentiality.
• Users have the right to request access to and correction of information about you held by us. If you wish to access or correct your personal data held by us, please submit your enquiry/request to your department's Inter-departmental Liaison Person.
• User can also modify, correct or set access control to some of your own information shown in the University Communications Directory yourself through Setup Contact Details.
