Organization The Consortium consists of a Director, her staff and students, HKUST faculty affiliates, local and overseas academic collaborators, industrial sponsors and an advisory committee. Joint projects will be carried out by the parties. The Director, with guidance from the Advisory Committee, is responsible for all aspects of the Consortium activities and reports to the Dean of Engineering and the Vice-President for Research and Development at HKUST.
