Alum-e-Nation

Welcome to "Alum-e-Nation"(AeN), a platform exclusively for HKUST alumni to communicate and connect with your Alma Mater!

All UST alumni graduated from degree programs can enjoy the free services provided in this website, including email service (@alumni.ust.hk), online personal information update, and alumni directory, etc.

Through the periodical news sent to your alumni email account, you will receive the latest development and information about HKUST. The login name of your alumni email account also serves to proof your alumni identity for some on-campus services. The following are a few examples for your reference:

You will receive

details about your graduation ceremony
job posting information
details about the annual computer sale

You need the login name of your alumni email account to

use free WIFI services on campus
apply for alumni library services at appropriate fees
register for important University lectures or activities
win free gifts made available to the alumni community

Alumni Email Service

Each alumni email account offered by Alum-e- Nation(AeN) has 10MB storage. From July 2006, the user names of all alumni email accounts are the same as those of student email accounts’

Do check the messages in this email account often or forward this free email account to your personal email account that you often access. Otherwise, you will miss all the important messages that your schoolmates and the University may send to you.

Alumni Directory

If you have activated the free alumni email account, you can search the online Alumni Directory for fellow alumni. The directory offers an easy way to keep you up-to-date on fellow alumni.

View/Update “My Profile”

Alum-e-Nation provides a platform for alumni to update their particulars on their own. At "My Profile", you can change your details including Personal Information, Education Information, Career Information and Display Settings in our Alumni Directory.
