Q: |
How will the seats in LTC be allocated? |

A: |
The seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon submitting your completed donation form to the AGC Secretariat, your preferred seat in LTC will be reserved for you tentatively, provided that it has not been "adopted" by other alumni yet. Prompt payment to the Secretariat is appreciated.
- If you wish to make your donation by credit card, please make sure you fill in all the relevant fields on the donation form. If your payment is by cheque or direct cash transfer, the AGC Secretariat should receive your cheque or pay-in slip within 10 days after your donation form has been submitted.
- In the interests of fairness, the University reserves the right to allocate your preferred seat to another donor should these requirements not be met, or in cases where an issuing authority refuses to honor payment by either cheque or credit card.
