Spend a few minutes to verify your personal and contact information at the Administrative Intranet for Students . Accurate information on your profile is crucial for sending or preparing important graduation related matters to you.

Important Messages from ITSC will be sent to your student email account informing you about your program completion status and the expiry of your student email account. 

You are advised strongly to activate your alumni email account (@alumni.ust.hk) and check your information on the password protected University alumni database when you are asked to do so.

University-wide congregation is usually held in November every year. Around mid September, you should have received details about it either by email to your alumni email account or by mail. Therefore, you must activate your alumni email account once you are told to do so and to update your mailing address before your final examination. Otherwise, you may miss important details such as regalia rental, tickets for guests, graduation photo taking services, diploma pick-up schedule and more.
